![]() ai folder, already 1.its just a screenshot of the game between the novakids' addition and the font update in the ai folder before 1.0 update theres an image titled mockaidialogue. ![]() Ive run around the assets just documenting some stuff, might need to test if actually unused: Thank you so much for looking into this! I'm super-glad you found something! ~ Joseph Lithius ( Info| Chat| Edits) 10:34, 20 August 2017 (EDT) some unused stuff Some fire-themed enemies can drop them (use hunter gear) or the raise some fire fluffalo. But, I mean, since it's not really supposed to display under most circumstances. i think if you bend over and examine your anus, you should be able to find one. I would love to find a way to trigger it manually, if only to get a proper screenshot. Common: object: screen2: Spaceship screen: Its a spaceship orbiting a. It may still be active Common: object: screen1: Data Screen: Old system readings that seem to be out of date. Uncommon: item: scorchedlandmine: Rusty Land Mine: An old, forgotten land mine. As for what it means? Like I said, it's most likely just a placeholder or "error handler" quest for very rare occasions of the interface not initializing properly while a quest is being tracked - as happened in that video of mine. Scorched Core: The source of a creatures fiery abilities. I had video proof, after all! But, the fact that it actually is in there, somewhere, is great!. Oh, my gosh! You have no idea how happy I am to hear (read) that! I mean, I knew I wasn't crazy. i dont know what does it mean, but at least i found it. The placeholder image part made me look around in the interface folder, and i actually found it in interface/questtracker/nfig! in "lblQuestObjectiveList", the value is "Gather 8 Mangy Wolf Pelts". Right? ~ Joseph Lithius ( Info| Chat| Edits) 12:25, 9 August 2017 (EDT) I mean, if it came up once, it should be in the game somewhere. (My desktop's pretty old.) It's incredibly strange that you couldn't find anything about it in the game's assets, though. But, and there is a but, I HATE some of the game mechanics. My "first look" video was recorded on a completely fresh install using a computer that, admittedly, has a hard time with loading screens. OK, I LOVE Starbound I dont know why, I dont know how, but this game make me want to come back to work everyday and play. And, no, I didn't have any mods running, at the time. but, man, it was pretty fortunate that I was recording it. I mean, it doesn't happen that I could only ever get it to do it once and only once. Anyway, if it's any help in the slightest, this happened back in v1.2.2 of the game. I tried to get hold of Chucklefish through Twitter about it but they didn't bite. ![]() ![]() could this be caused by mods? - Mashabely ( talk) 08:15, 24 July 2017 (EDT) which is sad because i'm interested in what this even is too. I couldn't find anything related to that in the assets, and nothing comes up when i searched the quest in chucklefish forums either. ~ Doc Lithius ( Info| Chat| Edits) 15:50, 6 March 2017 (EST) The lack of a hyphen before the quest objective and the similarity to World of Warcraft starting quests ("Collect 8 of X") seems too much of a coincidence. Google turns up total bupkis as far as "mangy wolf," much less just plain ol' "wolf," so I'm reasonably sure this isn't a normal quest. I'm genuinely curious if there's more to this "temporary quest" than just a single text string and, moreover, I'd love to find out if there's a way to get it during normal gameplay.Īnd yes, I did the research. I never see the iris-in, SAIL never tells me to wake up, and of course, I get to see that. As you can see in this video I made, the level somehow takes so long to load that the intro of the Academy stage bugs out. Thanks for the answer I looked it up in the wiki but after searching in the arid and desert biome (without success) I thought I did somethign wrong. I honestly have absolutely no idea how I stumbled on to this in the first place. can omeone tell me where I get the scorched core From fire fluffalo, and enemies found in arid, desert magma, scorched, and volcanic biomes. If you wish to make text into a spoiler, you may do that like so: (/spoiler)Įach week /r/Starbound hosts a Build of the Week thread (BotW) with the build topic changing weekly.Alright.
